The Girls & Boys Projects is directed by its founder, Dr. Cydney Pullman, an educator, economist, and former co-director of the Labor Institute. JuleJo Ramirez is the Girls Project Coordinator. Javaid Khan is the Boys Project Director. There are many consultants and advisors who are indispensable to our work, including:

Virginia Reath, RPA, MPH helped craft and continues to lead an age-appropriate curriculum around puberty, sexuality, safety, and health with informative, hands-on, and fun activities.

Mario Hernandez is invaluable in his role as coordinator of our Training and Outreach Divisions. He is a gifted performer and educator.

Filmmaker, Jacki Ochs, has worked with Girls Project participants to create videos documenting what it’s like to be a girl in New York City.
